Hugo W. FoxHugo W. Fox died Saturday, June 9, 2001at the age of 80. Born in Clinton County, Michigan on November 22, 1920 he was the son of Urban T. and Dora (Feldpausch) Fox and lived all his life in Clinton County. He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, honorary life member Knights of Columbus, member of Farm Bureau, board member of Bingham Twp. for 20 years, and retired as a farmer. On May 26, 1945 he married Lucille M. Thelen and she survives him. Also surviving are 4 daughters, Patricia Fox of Battle Creek, Bernice (Greg) Wagner, Ruth (Fred) Thompson all of St. Johns, Linda (Dan) Lee of South Carolina, 10 grandchildren, brothers, Paul (Helen) Fox and Mark (Marie) Fox all of Fowler, Lloyd (Ione) Fox of Flint, John (Shirley) Fox of California, Louis Fox of Lansing, James (Bernadette) Fox of Fowler, Marvin (Sue) Fox of St. Johns, Clare (Nancy) Fox of Mt. Pleasant, sisters, Rosemary (Gideon) Marsel of Eaton Rapids, Marlene (Larry) Krieger of Portland, sister-in-law Dorothy Fox of Muskegon, many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, a son Kenneth in 1993, a grandson Aaron Wagner, and a brother Claude Fox. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, June 12, 2001 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, burial at Mt. Rest Cemetery, with Rev. Fr. Gilbert Rahrig officiating. The family will receive friends 6-9 P.M. Sunday and 2-4 and 6-9 P.M. Monday at the Osgood Funeral Home with a rosary prayed at 8:00 P.M. Monday at the funeral home. Family suggests memorials may be made to Clinton Memorial Hospital or donors choice. Mary J. FitzpatrickMary J. Fitzpatrick died June 8, 2001 at the age of 98. She was born in Hubbardston, MI on May 27, 1903, the daughter of Owen and Mary (McGunn) ONeil. She was a homemaker, a member of Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Christian Mothers and Daughters of Isabella. Mary married Arthur J. Fitzpatrick in Hubbardston on November 23, 1926 and he preceded her in death on January 17, 1974. Surviving are three sons, James Fitzpatrick of Pattaya, Thailand, Larry (Marlene) Fitzpatrick of DeWitt, and Gayle (Marilyn) Fitzpatrick of Fowler, one daughter, Mary Ellen (Jim) Heckman (Hill) of Grand Ledge, ten grandchildren, four step grandchildren, two great grandchildren, and two step great grandchildren. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by three daughters, Marjorie Smith, Rose Marie and Jean Ann Fitzpatrick, two sisters, and five brothers. Funeral Mass will be celebrated 10:30 A.M. Monday, June 11, 2001 at Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church, burial at St. John the Baptist Cemetery, Hubbardston, with Rev. Fr. Ray Rademacher officiating. The family will receive friends 2-4 and 7-9 P.M. Saturday and Sunday at the Goerge Chapel of the Osgood Funeral Homes, Fowler, with a rosary prayed 8 P.M. Saturday and a scripture service 8 P.M. Sunday at the funeral home. Robert H. WinterleeRobert H. Winterlee died June 3, 2001 at the age of 59. He was born in Flint on April 30, 1942, the son of Howard and Elizabeth (Nawrocki) Winterlee and lived in Mt. Morris most of his life. He was employed at General Motors, a car salesman, and a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. Surviving are one son, Michael (Annette) Winterlee of Suffolk, VA, one daughter, Jane (John) Morse of St. Johns, two grandsons, Adam Lewis Morse and Jack Robert Morse, one brother, Larry (Karen) Winterlee of Flushing, two sisters, Janet (Gary) MacWebb of Flushing and Barbara (Skip) Cayer of Mt. Morris, and special friend, Marcy Miron of Ovid. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated 11:00 A.M. Friday, June 8, 2001 at St. Marys Catholic Church, Mt. Morris, with Rev. Fr. Ray Urbanek officiating. Memorials may be made to the Hospice of your choice. Arrangements by the Houghton Chapel of the Osgood Funeral Home. |
