Ruth graduated from Rodney B. Wilson High School in St. Johns, class of 1965. She worked at Meijer’s (Saginaw Street) for many years and at Toy Village for several years prior to her death. All her life, family came first and herself second. We all love her and she will be greatly missed.

Per her wishes she was cremated. A memorial gathering celebrating her life was held Dec. 17 at Tiffany Funeral home in Lansing.

Because of her love for animals especially her cats, Cloe and Bootsie, donations to the Capital Area Humane Society in her memory would be appreciated in lieu of flowers.
