Nora Marie Molitor Nora Marie Molitor, DeWitt, MI Age 24, our cherished daughter and sister was taken from us on July 31, 2005, so that she can now bring light and joy to heaven. Nora was born June 6, 1981 in Lansing, MI and she graduated in 2000 from DeWitt High School. Nora would have received her two degrees from the University of Michigan in the fall of 2005. Attending the U of M afforded Nora the opportunity to play many sports in addition to her favorite sport of softball. Nora was honored in 2005 by receiving the U of M Intramural Female Athlete of the Year award. Nora was a member of Redeemer United Methodist Church. She loved her cats, Wendell and Izzy. Surviving are her parents, Pat and Mike Molitor; her brother, Greg Molitor; grandparents, Bernadine Bennett, Bill and Dorothy Molitor; aunts and uncles, Carol Bennett, Joe Bennett, Ellen (Jerry) Richmond, Jan (Cory) Briggs, Linda (Tom) Thompson, Bill (Sherrie) Molitor; many cousins, and numerous friends and teammates. Visitation is from 4-7 p.m. Wednesday (Today) at the church with services 11:00 a.m. Thursday, August 4, at Redeemer United Methodist Church,13980 Shavey Road, DeWitt, MI with Pastor Rodney Kalajainen officiating. Wayne David Webster age 40 of Elsie, Michigan died Sunday, July 31, 2005 in Clinton County as a result of an automobile accident. Funeral services will be held at Elsie United Methodist Church, Elsie, Michigan on Friday, August 5, 2005 at 11:00 A.M. Burial will take place at Eureka Cemetery, Eureka, Michigan. Pastor Edward Snook & Pastor Fred Fischer will officiate and visitation will be Wednesday & Thursday 2-8 P.M. with family present 2-4 & 6-8 P.M. Wayne was born in Elsie, Michigan on September 8, 1964 the son of Larry & Catherine ( Carroll ) Webster. He resided most of his life in the Elsie area and graduated from Ovid Elsie High School with the class of 1982 and received an associate degree from Lansing Community College. On January 16, 1993 he married Margery Hope Green in Elsie, Michigan. Wayne was a farmer all of his life and was a partner of the Webster Ridge Dairy in Elsie, Michigan. He was a member of the Young Dairy Farmers, Michigan Milk Producers Association, Farm Bureau, Wayne enjoyed hunting and was a Rusty Wallace #2 NASCAR fan. Survivors include his wife Margery Webster of Elsie, Michigan, 2 sons, Kelvin & Justin Webster at home, his parents, Larry & Cathy Webster of Elsie, Michigan, 1 sister Michelle & Jeff Hammond of Elsie, Michigan, a niece Madison, grandparents, Jerry & Juanita Carroll of Elsie, Michigan, Marjorie Webster of Elsie, Michigan, parents in law, Velmar & Margaret Green of Elsie, Michigan, brother in law, Craig & Darcy Green of Elsie, Michigan, many aunts, uncles & cousins. He was predeceased by his grandfather, Glenn Webster. Memorials may be made to a fund for his childrens education or Mothers Against Drunk Drivers. Ithaca, Michigan died Sunday, July 31, 2005 at Gratiot Medical Center Alma, MI Herman R. Behl died August
1, 2005, at the age of 63. He was born in Maple Rapids on January 28, 1942, the son of
Arthur and Gladys (Ferris) Behl. He was a retired Fisher Body employee and a veteran of
the U.S. Navy. Herman married Dora Martin in their home in Fowler on August 29, 1970 and
she survives him. She is survived by her parents, Orville and Helen Riggle of Mt. Pleasant; children, Nikole Cook of St. Johns and Chad (Tracy) Hulliberger of Laingsburg; 4 grandchildren, Chase Hulliberger, Kelsey Cook, Dylan and Connor Hulliberger; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, close friends and loved ones. Rebekah was preceded in death by her brother, Michael Riggle in 1996 and her beloved Robert Hulliberger in 1989. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Friday,
August 5, 2005 at the Osgood

were his parents and brothers, Ralph, Lyle and Rolland Hallead. Catherine (Wicke) Stanek, Lansing, MI Catherine Stanek, of Lansing died July 30, 2005 at the age of 84. She was born on January 15, 1921 in Ovid-Elsie, MI to the late Harry and Mable Dudley. She enjoyed square dancing and traveling. She also attended the Farthing Beauty College in the 1950's. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Judy Wicke and brother, Lloyd Wicke. Survivors include her husband, Edward; daughter, Patsy Bueno; sons, Larry Wicke and Allen (Diane) Wicke; grandchildren, Laura (Brent) Michels of Laingsburg, Linda (Larry) Thompson of Ark, Ernie Bueno of Lansing, Frank (Teresa) Bueno of Tennessee, Theresa (Randy) Thom of Lansing, Tony Bueno of Texas, Patricia (Mitch) Mead of Lansing, Shane (Stacy) Wicke of Lansing, Becky Wicke, Larry Lee Wicke and Jennie Ketchum; step-daughters, Carolyn, Pat, Barb, and Joann; several great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. Funeral services will be held Thursday, 2:00 p.m. at the Estes-Leadley Funeral Home Greater Lansing Chapel. Burial will follow at the Ford Cemetery in Elba, MI. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Tuesday and Wednesday from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Susie M. Tharp, age 84, went to be with her Lord and Savior Saturday, July 30, 2005. Born June 7, 1921 in Kingsley to Rolland and Clara (Wellein) Johnson, she was raised on the family farm and graduated from Kingsley High School. Susie married John T. Tharp and together they raised three children; Larry (Jan) Tharp of Hendersonville, NC, Linda (Lynn) Patton of Accident, MD and Michael (Patty) Tharp of Corunna, MI. She is also survived by a sister, K. Blanche Sleder of Traverse City, nine grandchildren, eight great grand children and many nieces and nephews. Susie enjoyed knitting, sewing, crocheting, needlepoint and her flowers. She was preceded in death by her husband, John (May 21, 1982) and her parents. A Service of Celebration of her life will be at 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, August 3, 2005 at Redeemer Lutheran Church LCMS of Interlochen, 1896 Rogers Road, Interlochen with the Reverend Timothy Mowry officiating. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery, Kingsley. The family will receive friends at the Covell Smith Funeral Home, 200 N. Brownson Ave., Kingsley, MI Tuesday from 4:00 8:00 P.M. and one hour prior to the service at Church. Smith, 83, of St. Johns, died July 31, 2005 at
Hospice House of Mid-Michigan.He was born February 26, 1922, the son of Jacob and Ethel
Smith. After serving in the Marines during World War II, he came home and married Stella
Wise on September 20, 1946. Raymond was associated with Shady Green Pastures Bible Camp
and worked for Michigan Supply Company for 27 years before retiring in 1985. Funeral services will be 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, August 3, 2005 at the Osgood Funeral Home, 104 East Cass St., St. Johns, burial at Putnam Cemetery with Pastor Shawn Smith, Pastor Tad Jamison and Pastor Bob Prange officiating. Timothy Michael Markell, Las Vegas, NV Formerly of Lansing, MI Timothy Michael Markell, age 55, of Las Vegas, Nevada, passed away March 18, 2005, following a short illness. Mr. Markell was born in Lansing on September 15, 1949. He was a 1967 graduate of Waverly High School and a 1973 graduate of Michigan State University. Mr. Markell continued to earn a Master's Degree from Brown University in Rhode Island and was employed as a computer software engineer. He is preceded in death by his father, Hugh Markell Jr., and his mother, Patricia Drolett. Mr. Markell is survived by his brother, Daniel Drolett of St. Johns, a former wife, Cheryl Repko-Creighton of Cleveland, Ohio, and by many loving cousins.
