Randy Whitford was a quality engineer at the time this photo was taken. Randy started out as an hourly employee and eventually transferred to salary. This didn’t used to be a big gamble because if things didn’t work out the employee could go back to an hourly job.

Randy also fell victim to downsizing and left Federal-Mogul in September of 2003. The last I heard he was moving out west.
