Wayne Evan Dedyne and Rhonda Lee Westfall are pleased to announce their engagement. He is the son of Bob and Marsha Dedyne of St. Johns. She is the daughter of Marcella Kloeckner and the late Clemens Kloeckner of St. Johns.
