RBW gridiron teams prepare for induction into Hall of Fame

An early St. Johns entrepreneur, Arnold Payne, bought the old cider mill located here and turned it into the Parkway Inn. Payne had previously owned a restaurant at the corner of N. Lansing St. and US-27 called “The Y Lunch.”
