Thanks for Snow Day support
On behalf of the entire membership of Clinton Memorial Hospital Auxiliary, a deep note of appreciation is extended to all who participated in our recent “Snow Day At The Emerald.” It was a most successful day thanks to so many people, including Jay Eccleton, Emerald Manager, and his staff.
Others we wish to recognize are the chili cook off sponsors, Alden Argersinger, Dean Mazzolini’s Pizza, Fifth Third Bank’s Robin Motz, Dietary Department of Clinton Memorial Hospital, a-Mae-zing Hair Care, Main Bar & Grill, The Emerald and Ryan’s Roadhouse.
To all, we extend a sincere “thank you” and hope you will join us next time around.

Ron Higgins shares an old band memory
I sent this photo to Ferris University in Michigan recently.

I am attaching a photo of what I believe is a Ferris Band in about 1909. My grandfather is in the right corner of the photo playing a cornet. Daniel J. Mahoney attended Ferris to become a pharmacist but became a manager of the family lumber business in Onaway, MI instead.
