Briggs Public Library receives office furniture

Library Director Sara Morrison inspects the desks recently donated to the Library by Barbara Thurston, Community Manager of Suntree Apartments and Townhouses after renovations at the Leasing Office required new furnishings.

The Library was pleased to receive this donation to update work areas behind the Library Desk.

“The furniture was in great condition, but no longer met our office needs,” said Barb. “In conversation with my friend and Library Employee, Clarice Scott, I discovered the Library could really use updated desks. We appreciated the opportunity to recycle this furniture in a meaningful way to our community.”

Suntree offers Senior / Handicap Accessible Apartments and Family Townhouses located off Business US-27 and Townsend Road on Sunview Drive.
