CMH Chicks Golf Outing sign-up form now online

Auxiliary at Clinton Memorial Hospital Website

If there’s an easier method of signing up for a golf tournament, members of Clinton Memorial Hospital Auxiliary haven’t found it. They have, however, discovered that having a website enhances participant’s numbers.

A registration form for the Auxiliary’s second annual CMH Chicks for Charity 4-woman golf scramble, set for Friday June 26, is now on line. Women with a competitive bent can join the challenge by logging on at www.clintonmemorial.org. Upon reaching the site, look for CMH Chicks for Charity, where the registration form is located. Download and print the form for completion and mail to Tina Woodbury, 1220 Avery Road, St. Johns, MI 48879. Include a check for proper amount payable to CMH Auxiliary.

The day’s activities begin with an 8 a.m. check-in followed by breakfast and a 9 a.m. shotgun start. Lunch will be served at the turn along with an after-golf snack. Registration is $280 per four-person team or $70.00 for singles wishing team assignment. A 50-50 raffle and prizes will be part of the day’s special features.

Proceeds for all CMH Auxiliary projects are directed to Clinton Memorial Hospital for various patient services. Golf outing revenue will assist in acquiring and maintaining up to date equipment and technology.
