Arts Council moving in

Any move involves challenging details, even if its only two doors away. 

Members of the Clinton County Arts Council recently moved their Gallery location to 215 N. Clinton Ave. into the location formerly occupied by a dry cleaners and public coin laundry. 

While the change involved some measure of disruption, the Gallery is open and scheduled classes are being held.
