Pixee came from a shelter underweight, in heat, and had Kennel Cough. Even though she wasn’t feeling well and was a hormonal mess, she was a happy girl.

When her tail gets wagging she looks like she might lift off the ground because her hind end is moving so fast. Since being in foster care, she has been spayed, is healthy, and trying to gain weight.

It seems that whoever owned Pixee before dumping her at a shelter, worked with her on commands. So far her foster mom figured out that she knows sit, stay, and shake, and thinks that there are other commands too.

She’s a very smart girl! Pixee loves going for car rides and riding in the front seat being a copilot. She likes to play but is also a pretty laid back dog.

Pixee is house and crate-trained.

She would do fine as an only dog or in a house with a male dog.

Please Note: Pixee will be not adopted outside the state of Michigan.
